SHIPPING POLICY

All items in our shop are currently shipping free of charge.  Please note, this can change at any time.

All orders, unless noted in the item description, will ship via USPS. 

We ship non-custom orders within three business days.

Custom frame sets and dining chairs will usually ship within two weeks of purchase.  Any changes will be communicated at that time.

If for some reason an item arrives damaged, please take photographs and send them to us via email at info@giltandgarden.com.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom orders.

Please contact us within three days of delivery to begin the return process.  The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred to return the item to us.  

  

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Picture frame sets.

  • Dining chairs.

  • Reclaimed wood wall art.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  The buyer has 3 business days to contact Gilt and Garden to initiate the return.
